Željko Drčelić (1976) – Kralj…/ King…

1 Feb , 2018

If Boris Tadic did not overuse the sentence Where are you the king? it would make more sense, because it means someone who is successful. This mean when I tell Zeljko he is a king it turns out that I’m kidding, and I mean seriously. Because how otherwise I can refer to a successful man in one of the most beautiful fitness clubs in Dorcol and not just because he leads one of the best construction companies in this area, but because we are exercising together every day. And, of course, as every King, he likes to make jokes, and he infuses me with infinite pleasure in seeing the problem of doping in sports. As a former soccer player, it is clear to him that physical activity can help the various problems of stress and other temptations of the modern man, and photographing of him was doubtful. He thought I was taking a photo of him to show the students what a man who endures various temptations looks like. But I actually did it not to forget how valuable encounters are with people who would otherwise not meet if we do not train together. And since the meaning of the king is worn out in our language, it will end with the meaning in slang in English where the king signifies a man who knows how to rule himself. It’s good to be the king.
