Susret za Ginterom za mnoge predstavlja iznenađenje,jer većina ljudi ne razmišlja o direktoru velike laboratorije kao duhovitom i šarmantnom čoveku. Iako neki mogu da pomisle da nije spontan, šaljiv način komunikacije je deo njegove ličnosti. Jednostavno Ginter ima integritet, zna šta radi, lako razlikuje činjenica od mišljenja i zato se i ne trudi da dominira, osim što ponekad duhovito prokomentariše stvari. I to je pitanje autentičnosti, kada znaš koliko vrediš, a nemaš potrebu da to dokazuješ. Upoznali smo se 2003. godine kada se antidoping laboratorija  tek borila za svoje mesto, a evo 2018. godine je druga na svetu. Naravno da to nije samo Ginterova zasluga, ali svako bez njega ne bilo moguće. Danas je njegovo iskustvo toliko da predstavlja okosnicu većine zemalja sa kojima radi, kao neka protivteža ostatku velikog sveta. Ponekad je njegov šarm takav da i drugi pomisle da su podjednako uspešni. Ginter je kao neka vrsta amajlije i ako imate sreće da s njim radite, pomislite želju.

Meeting with Günter for many is a surprise, because most of the people do not think of the director of a large laboratory as a witty and charming man. Although some may think that he is not spontaneous, but the amusing way of communication is part of his personality. Simply, Günter has integrity, knows what he is doing, easily differentiates the fact from the opinion, and therefore he does not try to dominate it, except when sometimes he cleaver comments. And that’s the question of authenticity, when you know how much you value, and you do not have the need to prove it. We met in 2003 when the anti-doping laboratory just fought for its place, and here in 2018 it is the second in the world. Of course, this is not only Günter’s merit, but without him it wouldn’t be possible. Today, his experience is so big that he represents the backbone of most of the countries he works with, as a counterweight to the rest of the great world. Sometimes his charm is such that others think they are equally successful. Günter is like some sort of lucky charm and if you are lucky to work with him, just make a wish.
