The biggest impression on me on the road to Iran was Zahra,perhaps because I could talk to her about everything because she is a professor of English, and above all because she is a true Muslim believer. I missed someone like her, intellectual, with wide interests, and devoted to Islam. We talked freely about everything about the hijab, the chador, and the burkini, how the women dress, how they go to the party, what her apartment look like, how is organized her day, what she likes etc. It turns out that in front of me was a young woman, who is happy and reminded me in everything on our girls, except that she is completely covered and that she only shake hands with gloves. Since she practically did not remove gloves, which made it difficult for her to use a mobile phone, we gave her touch screen gloves.

Many things differ the position of women in Iran in relation to Europe, and after talking with Zahra, I see that it is only a matter of misunderstanding and lack of conversation. After all, it is so in all areas. In order to simplify things Zahra likes to be covered, she thinks that her duty is to be with her husband, she does not want to be fashionable, but she understands it, she never swam outdoors, she does not even know how to swim, but she does not consider it a problem, she likes pink color as all girls, even her living room, pretty big, in pink color. He’s wearing his last name because women in Iran never change their family name, especially they do not take their husbands surname. It agrees with my impression that women in Iran are more educated and represent the pillar of society, but do not consider them subordinate, but occupy a place in the society that belongs to them. And she thinks pets are unnecessary, because her best friend is her husband, not a dog. And he does not know where the famous Persian cats disappeared. It would be great if our communication continues, which may not be difficult, because Zahra does many things on line.

Najveći utisak tokom puta u Iran na mene je ostavila Zahra, možda zato što sam sa njom mogao da pričamo o svemu, jer je profesorka engleskog jezika, a pre svega  zbog toga što je iskreni vernik. Nedostajao mi je neko kao ona, intelektualka, širokih interesovanja, a posvećena islamu. Pričali smo slobodno o svemu o hidžabu, čadoru, ali i burkiniju, kako se žene oblače, kao se ide na žurku, kakav je njen stan, kakao joj je organizovan dan, šta voli itd. Ispostavilo se da ispred sebe imam mladu ženu, koja je vesela i koja u svemu podseća na naše devojke, osim što je skroz pokrivena i što se sa mnom rukovala samo preko rukavica. Pošto praktično nije skidala rukavice, što joj je otežavalo da koristi mobilni telefon, poklonili smo joj touch screen rukavice.

Mnogo stvari razlikuju poziciju žene u Iranu u odnosu na Evropu i nakon razgovora sa Zahrom vidim da je samo u pitanju samo nerazumevanje i nedostatak razgovora. Uostalom tako je u svim oblastima. Da bi pojednostavio stvari Zahra voli da bude pokrivena, smatra da je njena dužnost da bude uz muža, ne žudi za modernim načinom života, ali ga razume, nikad se nije kupala na otvorenom, čak ni ne zna da pliva, ali to ne smatra problemom, voli roze boju kao i sve devojke, čak joj i dnevna soba, prilično velika, u roze boji. Nosi svoje prezime, jer žene u Iranu nikada ne menjanju prezime, pogotovo ne uzimaju muževljevo. Slaže se sa mojim utiskom da su žene u Iranu obrazovanije i da predstavljaju stub društva, ali ne smatra su podređene, već da zauzimaju mesto u društvo koje im pripada. I misli da su kućni ljubimci nepotrebni, jer je njen najbolji prijatelj njen muž, a ne pas. I ne zna gde su nestale čuvene persijske mačke. Bilo bi divno da se naša komunikacija nastavi. što možda neće biti teško, jer Zahra mnogo stvari radi on line.
