I have just got an idea – why UEFA DCO unit doesn’t establish the Hall of Fame,  like other sport organization. Maybe the idea is under the influence of just done out of competition control of Ukrainian club in the moment when the State declared war. But first DCO in Hall of Fame doesn’t come in my mind because of that, but more because of his virtues. Since it is the DCO Hall of Fame I think that is reasonable that the first virtue is connected with doping. Actually with DCO who was hit and missed by urine sample by one of the most successful goal keeper, Oliver Khan. The DCO who is still doing controls with perfection, by the book. I watched him today and my humble auditing mark is ten. Second virtue is not connected with doping but with the great humanitarian achievement. How to call differently establishing the hospital in the war zone of South Sudan. Majority of us didn’t travel in that kind of countries, but Franz managed to open hospital and help those poor people. Third virtue is knowledge about everything, open and flexible, like it is normal for the European intellectual. Finally, when you count all that it is really a question why somebody like Franz could not continue to do everything what he likes until he wants. Thus, since he will be seventy next year he will retired as a DCO and for that reason I created for him the Hall of Fame.
